FOLAJET PP-WO ES

FOLAJET PP-WO ES is a white opaque polypropylene film with a pearl coating on one side, particularly suited for printing with solvent inks (eco-, mild-, light-inks). The coating is characterized by an excellent water fastness and wet smear resistance and is thus also suited for applications such as advertising prints in outdoor applications.

Compatibility

  • Useable on most large format Ink Jet printers using solvent ink systems (Eco-, Light-, Mild- Solvent inks and similar inks).

  • Not recommended for printing with oil or water based inks,

Handling

  • A preconditioning period of 24 hours within the printing environment is recommended.

  • Between 15-30°C and 30-70% r.h.

  • Lamination: cold or heat laminates (low-temp) possible but not necessary due to water-proof prints.

  • Ink Load: approx. 220 - 280 % (may vary according to ink system).

  • Heating system in printer possible up to approx. 40°C. If higher temperatures are required please test for suitability. Higher temperature may cause film deformation.

  • Avoid fingerprints on printing side.

Storage

  • Unopened in original packaging storage time is minimum 1 year after shipment (under recommended storage conditions).

  • Store in a cool and dry place
